I think original poster has a 2 season minimum criteria. I was around from Cito to present. I only liked Gibby. Everyone else is pretty much forgettable. What a sad list of managers in the Jays history.

The thing about 7 inning games is, what if a historic game happens to be in development? Perfect games, 20 SO pitching record, 4 hr games, etc. I think as baseball/sports fans, we all hope to be witness to these historic game events. Imagine a pitcher on pace to break the 20 SO game record, but oops sorry, 7 innings in the books. Game over. Next time.

Every little bit helps! I'm still holding out hope, Jays find a way to sign both Carter and Holman. Although it's likely a pipe dream, based on Farrell's comment.

Just saw Willy Adames' stats since trade. In 50 games, he has a .941 ops, and has put up 2.7 war. TB might finally have lost a trade. Time will tell.

Nice outing by Ryu. Saves the bullpen in case Matz craps the bed.

I think this is the deepest and richest farm Jays have ever had. Our top 10 is loaded with high end prospects. Top 8 have or could be in top 100 prospects. What's also amazing is that it's been sustained for few years now, and the success rate to the majors have been high. I can't think of many busts. The scouting and development departments have really worked well in tandem to continue to produce above average major leaguers. This is the model I've wanted for this franchise for a long time.

I haven't soured on Groshans. I think something to consider with Martin is that he's really starting his pro career in AA. Looking at other college hitters from the same draft class, they all started in A/A+. Martin was labelled the most advance bat, but even still, I think he's adjusting a bit from college ball. His walk rate is excellent, and once his power develops some and catches up, he should really start to live up to expectations I think.

Hopefully Orelvis has a Moreno like breakout next year, and vaults into top 25 prospect range. He's performed better than Moreno at same age. So exciting to see the talent pipeline continue to flow and produce.

This FO has a good track record of signing their picks. I hope they continue with Palmegiani and Holman.

I kept waiting for them to draft that overslot player with the money they saved earlier, but wow, 1 hs, and lots of seniors. Glad though. AL East is already competitive enough.
