  1. And then he stares at the ump in surprise that it was a strike. Such a simpleton
  2. All the bombs this year so far from Giminez and heineman. No surprise
  3. Nice job by little. First inning with no base runners today? Now it's up to Garcia and Hoffman to do their jobs
  4. Now we somehow have to get 3 innings out if this bullpen, with a 1 run lead
  5. Another inning, another base runner for the Os
  6. f*** sakes it'd be nice to have an inning where the Orioles don't have multiple base runners. It'd also be nice if the Jays line drives they hit wouldn't be right at defenders
  7. Took 5 pitches for the ump to f*** up a strike call. It'll be a long day if Berrios has to throw 4 strikes to get O's batter out.
  8. Key words here being "a much better player in Soto". It's a lot easier to get value for a player when he actually plays like a superstar more consistently, unlike Vladito. No point in trading him for a pile of crap just to avoid him walking away as free agent.
  9. That's assuming you could get anyone to give up a "haul of assets" for a 1B who had just put up 3.3 and 1.3 fWAR the previous two seasons and would only be 1.5 seasons away from obviously testing the market because he's clearly over valuing himself. Much more likely all you get is a pile of lottery tickets than anything of substance.
  10. And here comes the parade of nit wits who will claim the Jays FO should have traded Vlad if he wasn't willing to talk extension at an earlier date.
  11. I have a hard time believing they'd agree to give a worm burning 1B $500+ million.
  12. Hard to believe people exist who are actually having tantrums over the Jays letting go Ryan f***ing Yarbrough lol
  13. Lol Please delete his account, thanks
  14. I think he's a fun loving guy, but he's a peanut brain. I don't think he can sustain the numbers he'll need to in order to put up an 8ish WAR season, but I hope I'm wrong. It'd be great if he did because: 1. It'd be a blast to watch as a Jays fan 2. Probably means the Jays are also doing well 3. Even if they're not doing well, he'd have much higher trade value at the deadline if he's mashing the cover off the ball
  15. It has certainly left a sour taste in fans mouths, but unfortunately I think the majority of casual fans are (and will be) blaming the front office, and not the mentally challenged 1B who vastly over rates himself.
  16. BOLD predictions? 1. Jays win 100 games 2. Vlad/Bo/Giminez/Varsho/Santander/Kirk all have 3.5+ fWAR and combine for 25-30 fWAR 3. Gausman, Scherzer and Francis all pitch 130+ innings and have ERA's below 3.20 4. Jays have 8 guys hit 20+ bombs (Bo/Vlad/Taters/Kirk/Springer/Varsho/Orelvis/Barger) 5. Springer kicks father time in the nuts, gets hot at the right time and wins ALCS MVP 6. Jays face the D-backs in the WS Okay, hurt me....
  17. So I think what your saying is.....and correct me if I'm wrong, that the Jays could really use 1 or 2 more "big bats"? I looked at your post history, and it's not really clear if you see the lack of another "big bat" or two as a potential issue the Jays may face this season.
  18. Anybody seen these beauties? My favorites are "Anals" "AsHos" and of course "TeTas" lol
