  1. Lol well I digress. Nice job by Dolis there. Well done
  2. I'd prefer to never use him lol But since he's there and they have to use him maybe just for mop up in a blow out
  3. We'll see which Dolis shows up. If its walky Dolis 5 might not be enough lol
  4. 39 pitches already for Ray, just 6 outs. And he got the 1st out on 1 pitch.
  5. Lol I didn't quote him but the guy was asking if the jays should trade for alcantra. I wouldn't spend the prospects to get another SP right now. I think the Jays are set up pretty good that way going forward.
  6. Do the Jays need to trade any more prospect capital for starting pitching right now? Here next year: Ryu Berrios Stripling Manoah Hatch Pearson Thats a solid group coming back, and I would bet they have a really good shot at bringing Ray back too. He reserected his career under the Jays tutelage and the team is on the upswing to boot. He's also already had a taste of pitching in this vaunted division and done well with it. If they decide to spend any more high end prospect capital I hope it's for a guy like Jose Ramirez.
  7. I wouldn't call him an ace, but he's a very good starting pitcher and a workhorse who doesn't just chew through innings but he gives you quality innings. Ryu Berrios Manoah Stripling Jays are set up pretty good for next year too now. Bring back Ray and they are really set.
  8. I meant this time last year. I remember asking about him in the off season and some here didn't think he was even Jays property anymore.
  9. And at this time last year he was all but forgotten about by most. Relievers eh?
  10. Yeah, mayza since the start of June: 1.08 ERA 1.90 FIP 2.32 xFIP 8.10 K/9 1.62 BB/9 0.00 HR/9 Just a stud
  11. Mayza has looked so good for a while now hasn't he?
  12. I'd miss Semien, and if they don't re-sign Semien I want them to take a run at Correa or Story, but yeah they might be able to get by with that I suppose.
  13. Totally agree. He's not a one hit wonder either. He's torched other levels too, but he gets forgotten about because after getting on the radar in 2018, he crashed and burned in 2019 at AA. Then he doesn't get a season in 2020 and gets forgotten about. He's back, and in a big way.
  14. Smith is 2/3 so far today with two doubles. The guy hates hitting singles apparently.
  15. OK now throw Teo one of those 98mph meatballs right down the pipe
  16. Damn. That should be 2-0 Springer giveth a run and taketh a run away too
  17. Phew. Nice pitch t finish Perez. He was all over Berrios in that at bat.
  18. They're so annoying. I have an irrational hate for Dyson.
  19. The Royals don't seem to K much. Even Manoah only had 4 yesterday.
