    Agreed. The team should be already clinched and as disappointing as it is that they aren't, at least they got scorching hot in September and made the last few weeks of the season matter. It looked they were cooked when they were down 8-2 to the A's a few weeks ago.

    Yep, the one against Tampa was last year. He pretty much f***ed Giles out of a premium closer contract all by himself with his misuse and abuse.

    Montoyo should have been fired on July 4th 2019 after he used Ken Giles against the Red Sox for the third game in a row and broke him, just weeks away from the trade dead line. The Jays were 33-54 and 23.5 games out of 1st in the division. Why in the f*** would a guy do something like that other than him being a complete f***ing moron?

    Robo-ump tech absolutely cannot get perfected and brought to MLB fast enough. I am so f***ing sick and tired of watching umpires fumblef*** there way through a game calling balls and strikes with their personal biases and human error getting in the way. It's usually at the worst goddamn time too. Hopefully the pitch clock is something that works well too. Nothing wrong with speeding up the game in my opinion.

    Man that 4-3 vs the Twins was not ideal. Really put them behind the 8 ball. They need help from other teams now and/or have to sweep the Yankees again, as well as basically run the table. Such a piss off. This team should be fighting for 1st overall in the AL, not battling with these donkeys for a wild card. f***ing bullpen and Montoyo.

    Jays need to win tomorrow. (Duh) Also, it would be best if the Red Sox would win because then the Jays would be only 1 game back of the Yanks when they start the series against them. Win 2 out of 3 and they'd be tied going into the final series where the Jays play Baltimore and the Yanks play the Rays.

    What's the prognosis on Correa? Is he a career SS or is there a chance he would sign somewhere with a SS already in place and move to 3B? The guy is only 3 years older than Bo. Imagine picking him up to be a part of the core.

    Semien will go back to a Cali team probably. Move Biggio back to 2nd but I don't want to see Espinal as the full time 3B while at the same time hoping Biggio rebounds at 2B. If Semien does leave, hopefully they can make a key signing at 2B or 3B to help fill the void left behind. I think Ray re-signs in the off season. I think he'd be signed already but the Jays want to make sure he makes it to the end healthy.

    We need another offensive explosion (like the one against the A's in the 8th inning) that sparks another huge win streak. About a 9 game win streak to be more precise.

    Schwarber would be a great add for a 4th OF and DH option. That power LHB would be great. I wonder if you could send Grichuk back to Minny in a Donaldson trade instead of having them eat some of JDs contract. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I think Semien is a goner if he gets a decent offer from a team in Cali. Get JD at 3B and put Biggio back at 2B to see if he rebounds. I mean I'd rather land a stud like Ramirez for 3B but that acquisition cost would be brutal. JD would be so much cheaper and in 2 years you can let him walk and hope Groshans or Orelvis can take over by then.

    Relievers are so unbelievably volatile. I wanted the Jays to snag Kimbrel big time. He was damn near unhittable with the Cubs. You basically have to toss 50 pieces of crap at a wall and see which 10 or so stick to build a bullpen.
