  1. Everything the f***ing yankees touch right now turns to gold so it's hard to have any warm fuzzy feelings about the rest of this series, even today with Manoah on the mound. Probably lose 1-0 while out hitting them 9 to 3 or some s*** like that. Or they'll just straight up f*** our s*** up again. Hopefully I'm wrong.
  2. What kind of a loser do you need to be to get banned on an online forum every day and keep making new accounts to get banned again. What a psychopathic incel
  3. Every year you look at the pen and try to convince yourself "they won't be too bad if this or that happens" but then this or that doesn't happen and surprise, surprise they f***ing suck. Merryweather gets hurt can't find a groove Thornton shows flashes but ultimately gets caved in A couple of AAAA s*** bags light up AAA but come to MLB and they're the ones getting lit up Couple guys excel Couple guys you thought were good turn to s*** All adds up to a rotten pile of mediocre trash lol
  4. So what's it going to take for Atkins to build a bullpen that isn't complete f***ing garbage? Year after year it's just a big pile of mostly useless s*** lol
  5. 30 innings at A ball 19 innings at A+ Numbers are arguably better at A+ I wonder how many more innings there before Tiedemann gets another bump up to AA?
  6. I imagine he's done now after 3 IP, 4 hits, 5 earned, 4 walks, 4 K's, 80 pitches with only 40 strikes. 1 hit batter, 2 wild pitches BUT...in the inning I watched there was 10 pitches call balls that caught the zone according to the pitch tracker on milb (don't know how accurate that is)
  7. Yeah I'm watching the milb pitch tracker right now, and I don't know how the earlier ABs were but this one I'm watching now he painted the inside and outside corners but both were called balls by the ump. Maybe getting squeezed a bit? Anyways was down 2-0 to that batter but came back and struck him out for his 4th K Next batter the 2nd pitch was a perfect low strike 2-3 inches inside the zone, called a ball. 4th pitch top outside corner, painted...ball. 5th pitch painted the bottom of the zone, again a ball. Umps a **** apparently EDIT: He's definitely wild, but anything close he's not getting the call either. Tough outing, he walked the bases loaded and then gave up a double. Getting caved in now.
  8. Adrian Hernandez picked up his 7th AAA save pitching 1.2 innings. Came in the 8th inning inheriting runners and got out of it, gave up a homer in the 9th, but struck out 3 batters
  9. Zulu getting touched up a bit, 43 pitches through only two innings so far, just 25 strikes. 2 hits, 1 walk, 1 hit batter, 2 earned runs and gave up a dinger. 3 Ks though
  10. Despite the loss still on a 95 win pace and 3rd in the American League and 6th in all of baseball. Hardly a f***ing disaster lol But, we do need Gausman to make some adjustments and for Kikuchi to figure his s*** out.
  11. Probably never happen, but boy would it be nice if the Angels just kept up their massive downward spiral and decided to start selling off pieces for a rebuild. Jays could offer some nice pieces for Ohtani and then work on extending him. Much needed left handed bat and basically add an ace to the top of the rotation.
  12. Yeah, if he could play anywhere else on the diamond it would be nice. Moreno, I'm sure, could play many other positions but so far he looks like a complete friggin stud behind the plate.
  13. What is Jansen's worth? 27 year old starting catcher who can hit and has two years of arb left... Can they get a decent starter for him straight up. Marquez or Castillo type, or is that not even close?
  14. I would say Moreno is the catcher of the future. Kirk is awesome, but Moreno is just so damn athletic. But I would keep both for a while and let them alternate C/DH but the Jays use the DH for the endless rest day rotation and seem hesitant to have the back up catcher already in the starting line up. I like Jansen too, but I'd say the farthest he makes it as a Jay now is next off season. Decent chance he's dealt this summer in a package for another starter IMO.
  15. You guys all realize that Big BlueJay is JuniorFelix54 right?
  16. Ok, but maybe they should see if his luck turns around when it's 10-1 and not when it's 4-3?
  17. lol I would love to privy to the info that led to those piss poor decisions But yeah, let's keep trotting Richards out there more than any other reliever this season, it's been working great Especially in close games
  18. No need for Votto. Vlad takes the lions share of 1B (as he should) and the DH is a revolving door that already doesn't get enough AB's for a guy like Kirk.
  19. I'll blame whoever the f*** I want. Should have used Richards in the 10-1 game and a fresh Cimber in the close game. Any idiot should be able to figure that s*** out. It's not hard. Unfortunately our manager isn't just any idiot. He's an exceptional one.
  20. Yeah and I'm telling you that is not a very good reason because losing by 1 run is not the same as losing by 5 or 6 or 10 runs. If a good pitcher comes in and stops the bleeding maybe the Jays come back last night, instead they end up in an even bigger hole thanks to our f***ing dumb manager burning one of our best relievers in a 10-1 game and using one of our worst in a 1 run game in high leverage.
  21. They were losing by one f***ing run you moron
