    Kirk has a 153 wRC+ and has been healthy all season He has the 7th most PA's on the team, and only 5 more PA's than Raimel f***ing Tapia lol what the f*** Charlie??

    If Moreno performs, what are the chances that they keep the 3 headed catcher monster rolling with Jansen/Kirk/Moreno? At least for this season anyways... Doesn't seem overly crazy to me.

    If Alejandro Kirk wasn't a short, fat guy he'd 100% be untouchable. He may be untouchable anyways. Are we certain that Moreno won't go back down when DJ comes back? They might be just giving him a taste while they can. I guess if he lights MLB up it'll make it harder to send him back down, but I don't think his call up is necessarily permanent, or a trade of a catcher is a sure thing.

    Moreno is doing fine, but he's not exactly tearing AAA apart. I'm in no hurry to see him brought up myself.

    I'd be happy with both things happening, but I don't see Rosenthal signing with the Jays when he won't get to close very much, and I don't see the Jays trading for Bednar for the same reason. Hopefully I'm wrong on both counts.

    Didn't some prospect "expert" recently take a rather large dump on Beltre? Pretty much wrote him off as a waste of space. I thought I remember reading that somewhere. Not that I agree with it, I was just surprised because of how highly touted he was when they signed him.

    For sure. Given that he's only 19, I'd expect an uptick in velocity is going to happen at some point.

    Jays AL pitching rankings: Pitching fWAR - 3rd Pitching ERA - 7th Pitching FIP - 3rd Pitching xFIP - 3rd Starter fWAR - 2nd Starter ERA - 5th Starter FIP - 2nd Starter xFIP - 3rd Reliever fWAR - 9th Reliever ERA - 10th Reliever FIP - 11th Reliever xFIP - 5th Pitching overall, is solid Starting pitching is stellar, if you want to upgrade the depth sure, but not going to cost you key pieces off your roster or high ranked prospects to accomplish Relievers could use an upgrade, but that likely comes from within, or at a relatively cheap cost....either way it's not Jansen/Kirk/Moreno you're using to upgrade it

    There is no pitching weakness. What are you talking about? I mean, I guess the bullpen is a little thin, but again....you're not trading Kirk/Jansen/Moreno to shore up the f***ing bullpen

    What an irritating f***ing game right from the get go with these dummies gifting them 3 runs with our #1 on the bump because they couldn't catch a couple fly balls. Have to put that kind of little league ******** behind them if they want to be an actual contender and not a bunch of wannabe's.

    Thornton is not my favorite, but he's actually been passable this season with a 0.2 fWAR so far. An upgrade Borucki Beasley has pitched well for the Bisons so far, no problem with them giving him another look now that he's improved his BB/9 Hernandez...I can't wait to see him added to the 40 man and then promoted, it's only a matter of time, but I can't fault the Jays for waiting a bit longer in order to take a peak at Beasley. Of course, Beasley is not doing himself any favors so far.
