  1. If they have another signing or two like this in them, they can put together an ok lineup, which can be backed by very good pitching. This was a solid move for sure, O'Hearn was one of the better bats available out of those who were never getting huge money.
  2. Bit surprising to see Pop land a big league deal, but good for him
  3. https://www.mlb.com/news/mlb-most-improved-farm-systems-2025 Jays mentioned among 9 teams with the most improved farm systems. I do find the formatting for these MLB articles somewhat insufferable on mobile though
  4. Hunter Dobbins, Yhoiker Fajardo and Blake Aita head to St Louis in return. I would imagine Dobbins would be in the mix for a rotation spot with the Cards.
  5. Not a bad veteran bat but why would he be a fit there?
  6. Brock gave me special powers
  7. The correct answer was "depends, who's asking?"
  8. Looks like he was halfway through a glass of milk and then was informed where it comes from
  9. He's only really shown to be one of those twice through the order type of pitchers (pretty ugly numbers third time through) and I just don't know if that's what the O's needed, at least not this bad.
  10. Rumor has it Bowlan is available in LoD in exchange for picks
  11. I look at their lineup and see a need for a big bat for legitimacy. But overall they are building a pretty solid team
  12. Preller traded his shortstop of the future and now wants to move his shortstop of the past and present...does he know Muppets Christmas Carol isn't a baseball movie?
  13. I'm trying but it just comes up as Jesse Litsch
  14. Yeah they literally just gave up one of the very best position prospects in the game for this guy, they would be idiots to turn around and trade him for a loss. It would be another young household name highlighting the return if he's moved. There's just simply no reliever in baseball for whom I'm moving Yesavage at this point. Even if he does retain rookie/prospect status officially, he's shown enough at the MLB level to be valued like a young big leaguer
  15. We could add one more quality arm to that back end group, to push for the closer job
  16. Still would like to add Brad Keller to the pen
  17. Ooh I love good players who don't like the Yankees
  18. Castellanos will have a KBO resurgence and earn another MLB contract, only to flop again
  19. Friend to all
  20. Brett Baty's friends call him Shaw
