  1. Really hope Yesavage and Bieber can make it back soon.
  2. Austin Martin never developed any power but looks like he might turn himself into a pretty good super utility player. Obviously going 5th Overall is disappointing outcome.
  3. I knew when he went deep yesterday he was going deep today lol. All his homeruns come in bunches.
  4. 94 MPH up isn’t going to get it done anymore. Even Varsho gets to that. You want to pitch up better be bringing 97+
  5. For a rebuilding team that had a fire sale last year. The Twins have a pretty talented rotation.
  6. Yea he's looked pretty bad after decent few game start of the Season. Striking out a ton and looks very indecisive with what he wants to do at the plate.
  7. Roll with Varsho today
  8. SWR is an excellent young Starter in this league. They were always going to be in tough.
  9. Well this is the Patrick Corbin experience guys. He's going to throw 6 innings for you. But will likely give up 4-5 runs to get you there!
  10. Recovery also factors in his ability to return to the field. It could be shorter than that time frame it could be longer. He could shorten the timeline based on how his body bounces back. So if he can get do that I think both him and the team would love to have him available in September if possible. They won’t rush it and the main objective is having him ready for Sprjng 2027. But if the Jays are heading to the playoffs he could be a major boost to the 2026 Bullpen if all works out. And I hope he does.
  11. But when he’s on the field he’s impact. His injury past and control of his future keeps his value at a reasonable level if he decides to ultimately move on.
  12. I am debating getting one of those Padres hats. The Braves and Pirates jersey is pretty fire as well.
  13. I am going to say Springer goes deep tonight. Trying to get on the board here.
  14. His timeline would bring him into September. Depending how rehab goes and if he can start a throwing program in August. Wouldn't rule out him being able to come back as a reliever in late September. Obviously he won't have time to build up to start.
  15. In whose room yours? No but he is in Toronto for sure. I hope he he's not in your room man. He's gotta start for the Twins tonight!
  16. Well they traded both Jax and Varland at the deadline. Pretty much their only hard throwers. And they have had a lot of control remaining. A lot of people are wondering what they are even doing. But if Byron Buxton is available at all this year. Jays better be on the horn.
  17. Ah the one that gotta away vs the journeyman. I guess will see if were going to get Texas Corbin or Washington Corbin. He looked like Arizona Corbin in his Minor League outing.
  18. Lets hope not. We already lived through his insane fly ball bad luck. He obviously has been better unlucky and over criticized. I don’t really deny any of those things being true.
  19. I like Jeff Hoffman. I just want him to bare down when it counts. Obviously the swing and miss is fantastic. The 8 hits in 6.2 innings pitched and the high WHIP is not ideal. Part of swing and miss is also limiting hits peroid.
  20. Yup I have watched that video probably 15 times by now. I still have no idea what he did to warrant a suspension. Was he suppose to back down from Soler and roll into a ball on the ground?
  21. Corey Lidle was not a name I expected to see on that list.
  22. Those hot dogs don't even look cooked 🤢 If someone served me that they would be getting an earful.
  23. I don't know if I would go with the words "lights out". Obviously his underlying numbers are very good. But he has still blown 2 saves and lost a game in the first 2 weeks. He got himself in trouble again tonight. Gotta pump the breaks on that a little bit. We need to see some more mental toughness from him to bare down when things don't go well because things to tend to snowball on him quickly. Today was an excellent example of him not letting the situation get out of hand.
