    Jays need to be much more agressive on the bases especially when they are unable to string hits together.

    Could be a combination of both. Mitch White had some MLB success before his Blue Jays stint. But there has been multiple success stories of players flaming out in the Majors going overseas and returning much better players.

    Some guys go over there and completely reinvent themselves. Cody Ponce being one of the latest examples.

    Nobody does. But generally the players who come over are exceptional stand outs that greatly out play the level of competition in their foreign leagues.
