    Not interested in him getting another 500 at-bats is wins is projected mainly on Defense which won’t be an issue for the Jays OF. They need to add a bat in LF. Kiermaier is the CF. You can’t roll out the same OF as last Season and when all is said and done I don’t think they will. You’re taking the fire into the Sun comment way to literally. I’m not suggesting giving him a way. I just don’t want him as an everyday player. Kiermaier almost signifies how little they trust him as the everyday CF. It always sounded bad.

    Atkins is beta if he continues to let Varsho have everyday at-bats. I don't care how much younger and more control he has. He can't hit. Varsho should be coming into Spring with no guaranteed everyday job. I would also love if he just wasn't in Spring at all.

    Varsho will play plenty of CF like he did last year. But there’s zero universe where Kiermaier plays something other than CF when in the lineup. It doesn’t even make any sense. Maybe in a couple years when he’s more run down. But he proved last year he’s still the best CF in Baseball when healthy.

    Kiermaier just won the gold glove in CF why the f*** would move to an OF corner lol There’s no universe where that mental midget Varsho is a better CF in 2024.

    Oh thank god. Great signing for 2024. He’s my CF Sign Soler and another bat for LF and fire Varsho into the sun.

    Not even remotely. It would be insanely stupid decision that will likely lead to better players having to be moved when hes under performing under contract.

    If they sign Bellinger to anywhere near the rumored number you can put a nail into the coffin of this core winning anything within the next decade. I was all aboard signing Bellinger for his show me contract. But not his break the bank one.

    I think you misunderstood. They have already moved on from the likes of Freeman and Swanson for more team friendly situations. They have done a wonderful job of locking up a core of great talent. Would be out of character now to go sign the biggest free agent deal in the history of North American sports. Just doesn’t add up.

    Braves gutting their core and savy team friendly contracts and still having a great team only to ultimately splurge on Ohtani makes little sense to me.
