    You can give it another year with the core. But you're risking going into Bo's final season with no extension. And the roster is set to change a lot regardless of the outcome of this season. Maybe less on the pitching side but I expect LF, 2B and 3B to look dramatically different next season. Whether that's in house or players from coming from the outside It's relevant in all sports. You can't lose star players for nothing. It happens in all sports. It literally happened with Juan Soto and Mookie Betts. Those teams traded those players not because they wanted to but because they had to.

    I just don't want the team to turn into a dumpster fire for another decade. Unpopular opinions are the reality of our situation.

    Yea almost like he’s a 23-year rookie playing a physically demanding position. He’s going to have up and downs. But his potential is off the charts. He can impact the game at both sides of the ball.

    Davis hitting .436 Clement hitting .545 Just demote the Jays lineup and bring the Bisons lineup up. Keep the pitching the same. Playoffs will be easy fo make.

    Vlad isn't the type of player Bo is. Outside his one mirage season in 21. He's a guy you can go year to year with. He's also expressed an interest in staying. Bo is worth a lot more and has not said such things.

    Yes he will have 2 years left. Starting next Season. You don't want to wait until his final year where he loses a lot of value as a rental. If they can't sign him long term they gotta move him. You can't afford to lose that level of talent for nothing.

    It's called talent evaluation. Clearly the Cardinals saw it. And the Nationals unlocked it.

    If this coaching staff doesn't realize after 5 months this team can't hit and they need to try something different they are hopeless. They are who they are. They are not just going to magically start hitting. You can't prioritize defense if they can't hit. You need to hit the ball to win games. If Davis needs to play 3B so be it.

    They aren't going to give Davis anything to hit tonight. They know he's far and away the best hitter on this team.
