No what you'll be aware of is how stupid young people are and you'll be right.
The only changes I don't really agree with are the runner at second and the banning of the shift.
I'm down with the rest of it.
I love your pure lack of empathy and I'm totally for it. Right now, it's all about what's good for the Jays (within reason of course, I'm not rooting for death, paralysis, serious illness or ruptured testicles).
A little bit late as I'm just catching up with this game and saw the Ankiel...erm....Ragans disaster. What the actual f***? Dude straight malfunctioned. In 35 years of baseball viewing, that was some of the weirdest s*** I've ever seen.
Go Jays!
Cole can take his scoreless streak and shove it up his ass.
It's time to change the narrative, sweep a series you're supposed to sweep. Every win is very valuable right now. Let's keep a leg up on Texas. And Seattle? f*** you too.
They have been a little bit charmed to be a 100 win team this year. It's possible that they have a worse record next year even if they have a bit better talent.
But certainly they have flown right by us as an organization.
Don't you love how we're going to face Cole and King in four of those six Yankee games?
Between that and the Rays, 5-7 might be optimistic for our final 12. It's going to be tough to get to 88 or 89 wins for this team. We have to get that win against the Royals tomorrow.
Considering the relatively low cost of even just a little bit of data these days, it seems you're making life difficult on yourself for no reason. A lot of places give you data even if you're not looking for it. Just do it already.
Seriously what a pathetic thing to say. Shows the loser mentality of today's pitchers. To think that they actually want to come out of the game. Roy Halladay turns in his grave.
If you felt fatigued you should have told your manager you f***ass simp.
Naw, even when he played the Raptors proved they could beat them.
KD made them untouchable, without KD, the teams were very even but the Raptors were ever so slightly better.
Just checked the official NBA records and guess what? No asterisk to be found anywhere 🙂
KD should have the asterisks for being a bitch and free riding to a couple of easy rings.
Much how I felt after KD got hurt in the NBA finals. f*** yeah! I'm sorry you're going to get paid tens of millions to rehab your non life threatening boo boo but my team's about to win a championship so YEAH!
Kirk has been hot, Schneider has been hot, Espinal has been hot. Jansen also was healthy for some of it. Quite frankly I'm not sure the lineup would have done much better with those guys in it. The hitting was mostly there. About as good as it's been all season quite frankly. So I can't accept this premise. 6-3 with the schedule we have coming up and the number of wins we still have to get is a thumbs down.
The window does appear small, Max and Eovaldi are key. They need at least one of them this year, I'm not sure they're busted yet but if they are that's obviously trouble. DeGrom ever giving them anything worthwhile is obviously not very likely at this point. They can always just throw even more money at pitching during this window. There's no question they went for an expensive short-term solution, there's still a chance it will work granted it's slimmer than it was a month ago.
But it's also not over yet. If the stars align just right and they get a world series championship out of it it will all be worth it.
Recency bias galore right now for the Texas Rangers. Especially after that horrific Astros series.
They aren't this bad, it's possible that they can't get this thing back on track, it's also possible that they come into Rogers center next week and smoke us and put in a strong finish to make the playoffs.
Like you said, Max and Chapman might be playoff heroes yet.
Actually 16 of 30 teams are either in a playoff spot currently or within a couple of games of playoff spot so literally most teams can say they are playing meaningful baseball.
Also, 6-3 given the quality of competition that we faced f***ing sucks.
