    Who said I'm miserable? This team does not bring me down in my day-to-day life. Anyone in that situation should probably seek counseling. However a team could certainly bring extra joy and fun into one's life. You know what's really fun? Winning championships, that's a lot of fun. I think a better word for this team right now would be: disappointed. I'm disappointed in this failed attempt of a championship team.

    No, it's meaningless being optimistic. It has no bearing on any reality. I prefer to be honest about the fact that our window to compete is fraudulent because it just means it will be even longer until we do have a team ready to compete. But you're welcome to continue to watch the years waste away and be content about it.

    The goal of every franchise is to win championships, I'm just being realistic about this team's chances with the current roster, I want them to win championships and thus I want them to rebuild. I still root for them every game, but naturally they lose many of them because they're not good enough, which was already known, hence the call for a rebuild in the first place. I root for them to win, but also acknowledge that if they lose it is likely best for our long-term prospects of winning championships because this is a flawed team with a paper thin farm system and spinning our wheels as a mediocre team is purgatory; we're not good enough to win and we're not moving backwards now to move forward later. If you don't understand that, fine.
