  1. Are you talking about Colorado or Toronto?
  2. A lot of great ideas. 1. I hate the 100 baseline seats. Remove some and rotate so you're looking towards the infield. 2. Widen the 100 level concourse. I prefer the 200 level simply because there's less congestion. 3. Get the seats up tight with the OF wall somehow....could you move the bullpens to CF? There's so much dead space where the hitters eye is - is there room to put the bullpens at ground level there? 4. Better food. Nothing original for this guy - but those are my 4 pet peeves.
  3. Did he announce he's leaving? (wwiw - who doesn't have him on ignore???) http://i.imgur.com/2OnBXwk.gif
  4. Does MikeM qualify for best new poster? October 27, 2015 join date. He deserves some props either way. One of my favs. I'll give him my breakout poster vote.
  5. what the f***s with this past tense nonsense?

  7. Maybe Doc will come out of retirement in 2018 and pitch for the Jays again - ala Stieb (full disclosure - I had no idea Stieb came back and pitched for the Jays in '98 after 5 years in retirement. That's awesome).
  8. Fair. Doc throwing the no-no in the playoffs with Philly goes down as my favorite non-blue jays moment
  9. + Shannon Stewart being traded the previous year. Everyone loved Stewart and hated that move - despite the fact I could throw further than Stewart with my opposite arm. Stewart was done shortly after leaving TO - although I doubt the casuals even noticed.
  10. Trading Doc hurt me as a fan about 10 times more than letting EE and Jose walk in free agency.
  11. Great reference - and those guys were in their prime. We're losing 34 and 37 year old guys. Fans are so dumb.
  12. Jesus - looks like I need to up my game next year.
  13. Why would it be any different than last year? or do you think he'll be extra motivated after feeling snubbed by the FA market.
  14. Add Pearce and Blevins and we'd be a WS contender.
  15. It will be interesting to see how things work out with EE. I think there's a solid chance the FO did the right thing by letting them both go (in spite of what the fans wanted). I wonder how many casual fans will ever acknowledge this (if it's true).....I suspect only a few will. It's amazing to see how quickly form irreversible opinions.
  16. I thought the same thing until I went to their fangraphs page. It's a pretty solid staff. Musgrave could be a key this year.
  17. Why didn't we sign Joyce??? http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/the-as-just-added-a-cheap-breakout-slugger/
  18. That's BS. He's taking the most $ regardless of what position he's playing.
  19. If we traded for Billy Hamilton - then I could stomach Bruce playing RF for the Jays...
  20. Christ - make this go away please.
  21. That's my point. They look pretty stupid if they can't afford to sign Machado because they shot themselves in the foot when signing Davis.
  22. Most likely fit would be in the AL as a SPer and part-time DH, or in the NL as a SPer and pinch hitter.
  23. If you find discussing the same thing multiple times to be interesting - then yes, I suppose so.
  24. it's also not a very original one.
