Cole only enters during a fresh inning and if they are leading. If you read the comments, people question who came up with these rules. I can't imagine a Manager would be the one trying to restrict when/where he's used - unless you're concerned that he's going to try and force his way into a game or get too worked up in the pen or something. We'll probably never really know, but I think there's a decent possibility that Cole dictated when and where he was going to pitch instead of simply saying - "I'll pitch whenever and wherever you want me to coach"

    What a salty bitch. Teams probably won't care because he's really good at beisbol, but it seems like Cole has spent his entire life as an entitled **** who never developed the 'team player' characteristic. I mean be salty at your manager if you really did want in the game, but don't disrespect your teammates and organization like that. This organization and staff helped take you from a middling starter to a top 3 starter in baseball and you're about to reap the rewards of that to the tone of $240M+ That type of disrespect is f***ing embarrassing.

    That's not how it works + the GM who gave those pieces up is gone + Meadows/Glasnow are both in about the 95th percentile of potential outcomes. TB lucked out beyond their wildest dreams. Archer would be a nice target at the right price.

    Interference doesn't have to be intentional. He clearly interfered with the fielders ability to catch the ball. He also didn't step 'out of the lane at the last minute' to touch the bag....tough to do that when he never even entered the running lane. give it a rest man.
