    I'm not buying that. Cole could have stayed or you bring in Bass who only threw 17 pitches the previous day. Nobody can throw 2 days in a row? f*** that. I guess he can't public say "you know, you're right - I misused Gavilio who's f***ing s*** and better suited for long relief/mop up duty. I won't make that mistake again" - but f*** me. You can't say you think he's a high leverage guy. I'd be temped to fire him and make Dante the f***ing manager after s*** like that.

    I've said it before. The illegal substances (which every team is using to some extent) is very overlooked. Teams may have come up with a mixture that improves spin rates over the traditional sunscreen and rosin.

    Are you saying the Crown owns the land 'around' the dome and someone else owns the land within the building footprint? That is messed up.

    As Laika said - adjusting the seats (direction, spacing, etc.) and reducing the capacity some would go a LONG way to improving the experience. The dome still is enjoyable when the roof is open and the CN Tower is in the backdrop. I think there's still room to add some more lipstick before they need a new one.

    I tend to agree, which is why I was really surprised it ranked as the 3rd worst in MLB. I've been to Boston, NY, Cleveland, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Cincy, Philly, Baltimore and Washington and while I prefer most of those stadiums to the dome - I wasn't left thinking the dome is a complete s*** hole compared to those parks...while also factoring in that going to something new is naturally going to seem 'better' when compared to a stadium you've been to plenty of times.
