  1. I miss Bo getting the party started
  2. Thankfully a couple of those have retired
  3. He almost literally just died on a comebacker
  4. Bassit needs a quick inning, some luck his way on a couple grounders
  5. The audio has picked up Spanky yelling lets go Blue Jays all the way from Toronto
  6. Put the ball in play and anything can happen.
  7. 100%, if it's not broken, don't fix it.
  8. Lol what on earth is this article: "The injury update comes as Toronto continues its push to remain atop the AL East standings. The Blue Jays currently lead the second-place New York Yankees by seven games, hold a five-game lead over the third-place Boston Red Sox, and are tied with Milwaukee Brewers for the best record in the league at 92-62." https://sports.yahoo.com/article/blue-jays-anthony-santander-another-230655595.html
  9. Yea good call, he basically went from A ball to MLB as well.
  10. Who was the last successful player to go from A ball to MLB in a year for us? Probably been a couple but I don't recall. I remember Osuna went from A ball straight to MLB a decade ago (He had so much potential, what a disappointing outcome).
  11. Oh extra inning maddux - Halladay?
  12. One has to be RA Dickey although I wish it was Josh Johnson (I thought that was the steal of the trades that year lol)
  13. If Bassit can keep the runs to 2 or less like he's been doing of late, then the game is winnable for the Jays' style of play regardless of how good Rogers is tonight. Nothing has stopped the Jays from grinding out starting pitchers, working counts and damaging the BP. Kind of feels like most games are winnable this year for them.
  14. Yea, he only hits it about 35% of the time of late. Awful.
  15. Because the Jays have never come back by 3 after 1. Okay.
  16. I kinda miss the times when this type of workload was considered normal for your #1 and #2.
  17. and some of you said you'd be happy with just 1 win this series... Keep it rolling
  18. I'm sure all Yankee fans are saying the same about the Jays.
  19. This series is postseason vibes. Get me 2 wins please, I don't care how ugly.
  20. Shaping up to be quite the exciting s*** show
