It's likely because Springer is still too banged up and you got to pick one or the other for the field and Giminez is just lights years better at SS at this point.

Bo can get a full leg replacement after 7 games for all I care as long as he fights through the pain and contributes both defensively and offensively. That's a big addition.

Best friends of ours we haven't seen each other in a few weeks after a scary hospital visit so we planned a Halloween event for everyone and the kids to get their minds off things. They aren't Jays fans so it is what it is but sometimes you got put others before yourself.

Sadly we do have a prior commitment, I'll be recording the game and doing my best to avoid all possible spoilers. I'll probably get back around the 6th inning is my guess.

I mean if the average ticket ends up at $1000 (I'm sure under), you're looking at 40m revenue in per game with home field advantage. The flock of ppl at the Jays shop post game 7 was apparently massive. I can only imagine they're licking their lips at getting Vlad's contract money in already and re-investing it asap with this.

I hate to be that guy, but anything to do with the Astros success of 2017 needs an enormous asterisk, that includes Springer's success. -

Best option is to wait like 30min before game time from past postseasons I've been to. I had sold Bautista's batflip game tickets 30min before at face value. What are the actual face value of the tickets? When I got through the queue it was like $1800-$8000 lol

Also, Bautista over Alomars as well for 2 reasons. For starters, I believe Bautista's was the most intense home run after the inning that lead up to it. It was pure madness and it put egos to rest. It also gave this city life again, it gave Rogers a reason to invest more in the team and in the stadium in the years after to where we are today. 2nd reason is my childhood was a lie and Alomar is a giant ******** in real life.

I mean you get a 1 legged springer on first witha guy who puts the ball in play a lot for double play options while being up by 2... Or you bring in your closer and get it done.

I understand the moment, it's Game 7 - Springer's Dinger literally put us in the World Series. Probably is #2 on the list but I wouldn't take anything from Bautista's moment. I think most just remember the batflip but forget it was a 53min inning that lead to that moment. There was 100% more intensity prior to the bat in my opinion. Different type of team though, we lived and died by the bomb.

This is going to eat the Ms fans up for yeaaaars. How have managers not learned by now, in this moment, in this spot, who you go with. After the first pitch to Springer all I could think was this is it - it's about to happen.
