  1. BA should probably use some detail in these reports...
  2. Too bad he's one of the guys on the team you really want to cheer for and he seems like he adds something off the field with his experience and makeup. However its about performance and it just hasn't quite been there.
  3. I thought they might want them in Dunedin because thats where most of the high perf. staff is and they have their own equipment etc... and can monitor them closer. Bo lives in St Pete so maybe they don't want the distraction of being close to home although that would be pretty lame.
  4. Only an 8.9% K rate in June but his ISO is only .079. Hopefully not trying to sacrifice power for contact.
  5. Grandy would be a great fit. Even though he's old as s*** he can be a backup CF too. Nice LH bat that wouldn't look bad in the leadoff spot.
  6. Seeds don't really tell the story in the NHL. You usually have a lot of teams clumped together because of the loser point anyway (Pretty sure LA Kings were an 8 seed but were thought of 1 of the best teams) I agree with Spank if you look at who's made the finals in the last 20 years its basically all cup contenders outside a few Cinderella stories. A team can get lucky and win a round or 2 but the best teams almost always win in the end.
  7. Wouldn't say there's that much parity in baseball, maybe on picking the World Series winner but not but the consensus before the season was the Red Sox, Indians, Astros, Nats, Cubs and Dodgers would win the divisions and its looking exactly like that. Really the salary cap was created to keep costs down but the Owners in MLB get the largest chunk of revenue of all the leagues so a salary cap would actually be bad for the owners.
  8. Owners would never want a salary cap.. They wouldn't want players getting more revenue.
  9. Funny how he did this inverview before the draft and said 2 of his fav players to watch are Donaldson and Tulo. https://www.baseballfactory.com/words-conversation-arizona-state-commit-bo-bichette/
  10. No but I wouldn't call Trout arrogant. Trout is super confident in his own abilities but he doesn't show off at all.
  11. Didn't seem to matter when Greinke signed for all that $..
  12. He definitely is. Certainly seems that way when you look around. Donaldson, Bonds, MJ.. I guess Trout is the super nice guy but they all have that drive to be the best.
  13. That actually might be it lol. Not like he's been struggling on the mound.
  14. So if Osuna wasn't feeling well why was he in the dugout watching the game? If you are going to cover something up by saying he isn't feeling well then maybe you should have him out of the camera's view... Just a thought
  15. Hey Atkins might want to get an upgrade over Smith and Parmley..
  16. Lol what a f***ing disaster.
  17. John Gibbons over managing the last 2 innings here.
  18. How do you not catch it when you are that close to the ball.
  19. Parmley is so boring. 27 years old and a 95wRC+ in AAA.
  20. Looking to trade a 2B and/or SP for a good Bat.
  21. His defense at 2nd is terrible. -9DRS in 580 innings last year with a -11UZR/150. His BABIP is always going to be lower than average with his extreme FB approach. Have to think the Jays don't want him if they already gave him away.
  22. Thought Biagini was going to mess that up trying to field it. He really should just get his glove out of the way.
  23. Lol never though I'd want Buck back but I want Buck back.
