Not everyone is an elite athlete. We've yet to come out with a really good formula to create equal opportunity in life. Sometimes it seems like the only way to make people equal is to make them equally opressed and that's a really sad outcome for a really noble goal. -
How much seperation could you realistically expect in 13 games? Probably not much more than what you have now.

You're right that he hasn't pitched in a MiLB game. I'm sure they can work something out with him if he need more time unless the situation looks hopeless in which case sayonarra.

Yes obviously and despite what you might think, no one here is stupid enough not to realize that but some of us don't feel like splitting hairs. In terms of antagonizing people, calling a statement stupid doesn't get you off the hook. It was unnecesary, unwarranted and exactly the kind of pointless negativity you criticize in others. Despite the fact that you used the word differently, it's still ironic and hypocritical that you used it at all.

I paid a lot to get Souza and then let myself get convinced to sell him even thought none of the players I got back were targets of mine. Sure I might win the trade but if I win, it will be in spite of myself.
