Yep. He definitely has earned "prospect" status regardless of how sustainable this is. Prospect doesn't mean "guaranteed to succeed", it just means "credible potential to succeed". Travis makes contact, Travis gets good counts, two of the things that Law himself identifies as the most important things to look for in a young player. Travis is a prospect. Maybe not one that Law particularly likes but a prospect nonetheless. Law's original statement was needlessly flippant and he deserves to have it thrown back in his face until he shows some intelectual honesty.
