    Yep. He definitely has earned "prospect" status regardless of how sustainable this is. Prospect doesn't mean "guaranteed to succeed", it just means "credible potential to succeed". Travis makes contact, Travis gets good counts, two of the things that Law himself identifies as the most important things to look for in a young player. Travis is a prospect. Maybe not one that Law particularly likes but a prospect nonetheless. Law's original statement was needlessly flippant and he deserves to have it thrown back in his face until he shows some intelectual honesty.

    I traded you my last pick of the draft for him. I was looking at drafting Matt Juengel with the pick when I really should have been looking at Miguel Castro so that trade really worked out well for me. Margot is a much better player than Juengel and Castro came to me this year anyways through waiver priority. I don't recall who you drafted with the pick.

    I don't think he hates him. I just think he said something flip without really doing the research and since he'll never own up to it, he'll just have to deal with the constant reminders.

    Manuel Margot has yet to strike out this year in 45 at bats. Maybe the only time I was on the right side of a trade with NJH.

    Arm strength is also a concern with Osuna. I wouldn't consider him for more than spot work.
