Labatt was purchased by InBev (InterBrew) in 1995. They were a very good owner prior to that. The InBev people treated the Jays like a burden that they were saddled with from purchasing Labbats. Seems to me like they were terrible owners in general. The Labatts brand doesn't seem nearly as strong now as it was back then.

Was it BP who said that Kyle was his floor? Someone said that anyways and it seems pretty egregious as a floor for any prospect but it does give an ideal of just how highly he's thought of.
