    Reported for politics. By my count I have now reported Jim 1,081 times for posting about politics. A lifetime ban is warranted at this point.

    Britt McHenry is a conservative sports journalist (of sorts) and she's not the type to be anti-Bauer by nature. But she claims to have seen the goods on these other cases and says Bauer is cooked. I think some of these other cases are actually pending in court right now even. It just makes it impossible to sign him right now.

    I think his problem now is that while he has seemingly been vindicated after his main accuser was completely discredited, he still has other cases out there that haven't gotten as much pub. So the worry for teams now is that signing him would get those other cases propped up and pushed to the forefront. Then comes the media circus and you might just have to cut him again. Idk, I still think the right team should sign him. Texas Rangers seem like a good fit.

    Oh yeah. Unless your league uses framing as a stat lol. Would need to be a 2 Catcher league or a 20+ team dynasty or something to keep him around right now.

    Can you read? Glory posted a brilliant and thorough takedown of Atkins and I added to it by making light of the fact that he can't draft and develop. It's been my criticism of him forever.

    Correct. They are great plays that only get made 2 out of 100 times, to be exact.

    Lol geeze On the flip side, he's never really traded anyone who has panned out either. Can't trade away any good prospects that you'll regret when you can't draft and develop them either. Insert the guy tapping his head meme

    Atkins, perhaps the worst GM in baseball according to some, got a setup man and a platoon OF from Kim Ng for Joe Panik and he got her to throw in some money on top of it.

    After my friend Doug got his 4th DUI his entire family abandoned him. I was the only one who stuck by his side and as soon as he finished his year in jail I picked him up and we went straight to the bar. It really meant a lot to him so I suggest we provide similar support to Justin. He’ll get through this slump like Doug did his, he just needs some support.

    Justin Turner finds himself in a short slump and the board immediately turns on him lol I wonder what it would be like to be friends with you people in real life. Someone gets sick or loses their job and you probably dump your friends at the drop of a hat.

    if the 26th man is going to barely play I can see why they would go with Vogelbach over Horwitz but what they should do is call up Horwitz and actually play him. Turner is old and needs days off and Horwitz can pinch hit a lot more. Steamer projects him for a 120 wRC+ for crying out loud. Surely they can find some playing time for him.

    So Horwitz has played in 3 games at 2B recently. 3 in LF as well. Steamer projects him for a 119 wRC+ right now. Time to dump Vogelbach and call him up. I'm actually higher on Vogelbach than most here but it's impossible for him to succeed while playing once every two weeks. But calling up Horwitz could work because we could play him a lot more often. Against high velo righties he can play over Turner at DH. Can pinch hit fairly often and get some PT in LF and 2B too (which would allow us to superglue Biggio's nepo baby butt to the bench). Get him up here.

    Seems like the changeup gives him something to attack lefties with. Decent fastball with a garbage slider/sinker against lefties is a death sentence of a combo. Add in the changeup and he can at least have a fighting chance against lefties.

    So can Manoah’s stuff play moving forward? Probably requires good command but the 4 pitch mix anchored by a strong fastball could work I think. He increased his change up usage a ton. Probably a good idea against lefties.
