I don't think you can do much like you said. You hope Dickey pitches like an ace, Morrow takes that next step forward, Buehrle gives you bulk innings at the back end, Happ pitches decently like he did before he got hurt as a No. 5 and Hutch can be a decent mid rotation arm or better in 2014.
Maybe a low cost/high reward type signing etc. Though I don't see the Jays bringing in a Garza or Lincecum and I don't think they even fix their rotation needs anyways. Nolin, Drabek, Deck, Jenkins, Romero as depth sounds good.
