    He would be a great signing. Also he would restore his image in this city amongst the casuals. For the Raptors, he'd generate a lot of buzz with the 20th anniversary season and jersey sales. Also, for VC he'd be in the spotlight whereas if he went somewhere else he wouldn't be that big of a deal.

    If Morrow is healthy, he'll be worth more than $10 million easily. He's the best pitcher on this staff when he's healthy. He's an elite starter and you don't give up an elite starter for nothing.

    His xFIP was 4.73 and he posted a 3.64 SIERA. He wasn't that bad as his 7 ERA suggested. His 9.87 K/9 last season was very good and I'd take a flier on him for the MLB minimum.

    Whatever happened to Micah Owings? The guy was able to hit, and he'd be a decent mop up guy in long relief. He'd be a nice platoon bat with Lind haha.

    I agree, though didn't you just say a pitcher gets paid to limit walks? He hasn't done that so far. I love the K/9 rate - it's definitely elite and always has been. Though his high BB% concerns me and when you start putting base runners on in close games, then balls that fall in for base hits hurt you at the end of the day.

    V-Mart and Tex are available if your looking for some pop from a DH spot or 1B. Tulo would be tough to move, but Profar is available for the right piece.

    Tony Cingrini placed on the DL ugh!! Hopefully it's not for that long. Got Minor, Chacin and Arrieta coming back this week, so I should be alright. Glad I added Kyle Lohse to my pitching staff. He's been solid for the past 3 years, and post solid peripherals. Not sure his K% spike this season will hold, though regardless he gives me a reliable arm. Also, Robbie Ray being called up and making his MLB debut. Hopefully he can contribute to my squad this season.

    Ah wanted to go to the game tonight, though nobody to go with. Was looking for single seats on StubHub - could have got row 31 in sec 101 for $254 but oh well. Definitely will try for Game 7. Heading down to Jurassic Park for Game 6 though this Friday!

    Yeah, I agree. Redmond has SP eligibility so he holds some value if he posts solid peripherals in relief, which he has so far. Also, we have a 9 start max every week, so I'm using Hurl's philosophy of stockpiling on relief pitchers with SP eligibility lol. I figured to pick up Hanigan since Meso is on the DL, though I know he won't keep those numbers up, other than his OBP.
