8.17 K/9 and 2.72 BB/9 so far this season. Even last year he wasn't that bad - 7.20 K/9 and 3.58 xFIP.

I picked him up in my 20 team, 40 man roster dynasty league. Pleasant surprise so far. I saw him pitch against the Jays when the Astros were in town back in April.

They definitely hold some value because they are young, can steal bases and play middle infield positions. I just think their ADP during drafts is too early than what they are actually worth, which is why I've always stayed away from players like Andrus and Altuve.

I don't even consider them top 100 players in 5x5. You can find one dimensional players with SB's much later in drafts or off waivers. That's just my opinion and its always a strategy I've employed with all my teams, even yearly leagues. I've never owned players like Andrus or Altuve and I never plan to draft them unless they really drop down in a draft.

Yeah Altuve is another player whose extremely overvalued in fantasy baseball. I've seen him taken inside the Top 100 of some recent drafts.

I wouldn't consider him a top 150 guy. Lots of his value is tied into his stolen bases and the fact that he plays shortstop, and outside of that he doesn't hit well enough or get on-base enough. I'm sure your asking price is very reasonable. Just stated how he has been overrated in fantasy baseball circles over the years. I remember back a couple of years people were taking him between picks 50 and 60, which was absurd.

Never said anything about BTS' asking price. Just talking about Andrus in general.

Andrus is so overrated in fantasy baseball. He's been a bust in that regard wherever he has been drafted. Prior to previous seasons, I saw him going as early as the 50th pick, which was absurd.

If the BP never blew all those games recently, likely this team is above .500 right now. Bullpen success varies from year to year since relievers are volatile, so I wouldn't get my hopes up of having an elite pen again, especially if the starters don't pitch deep into games on a consistent basis. Still the BP should be solid and I expect some guys to rebound moving forward. -
I could move one of Gomes, Flowers or d'Arnaud.

He's still very young and any hitter who plays in Coors Field I'll take in fantasy baseball any day.

Jurickson Profar is OTB. I've had one team express interest and has dangled a very good player in his prime. Willing to package Profar to land a stud bat or pitcher (preferably a bat). Also, could move d'Arnaud for any team looking for a young catcher. He's starting to hit right now, so he could be getting ready to go on a tear. Franklin Morales OTB. Solid K/BB ratio and could be a post-hype sleeper in the Rockies rotation. Could move him for a pick or a good setup man.

I think its a great deal for both sides. We both address an area of need without subtracting. Also, I get two pints of Beaus out of this deal, so can't complain

He would be a great signing. Also he would restore his image in this city amongst the casuals. For the Raptors, he'd generate a lot of buzz with the 20th anniversary season and jersey sales. Also, for VC he'd be in the spotlight whereas if he went somewhere else he wouldn't be that big of a deal.
