  1. I've always been a huge Scott Downs fan. You can never have enough pitching and he can be a decent LHP out of the pen.
  2. I found it the toughest trading Kyle Lohse by himself and the guy has been a great fantasy No. 2 starter, similar to Lackey. My price tag wasn't that expensive and there were many teams in contention that passed. I had to package him with some other vet pieces to get something good back, which I was willing to do. Might have to do the same with Lackey. I find many managers on here undervalue solid veteran hitters and pitchers. If you're contending, a pitcher like Lohse or Lackey can be a huge upgrade to any rotation.

The Leafs are not built as a team that could play a full 82 game season, let alone the playoffs.

I think Greivis Vasquez could be a decent starting point guard. He averaged 13.9 PPG with 9 APG and 4.3 RPG just two years ago.
  5. Bob McKenzie has become my new best friend!
  6. Yikes, and he was having a fantastic season. This is disappointing.
  7. I'm was running up and down the street after Drew's hit. Watching Arrieta throw a no-no and NJH profiting from it would make me throw up and rage.
  8. I was debating between Dal Colle and Draisaiti at my spot.
  9. I've built a panic room for anyone who wants to hop in!
  10. Was downtown watching the soccer games. I'll take C Leon Draisaitl from the Edmonton Oilers.
  11. Thank you. I was just pulling Angrioter's leg haha
  12. Looking forward to seeing some Brewers games!
  13. And Tillman with a solid start. I don't think we need commissioners to process deals involving players on Yahoo. Once a deal is accepted, it goes through. In the FC league, that system has been working and fine. I think we have a strong group of guys in this league, that we shouldn't worry about anyone making boneheaded lopsided moves to tank their team.
  14. Trade was accepted around 10:30-11 I believe, so it wasn't that late. I'm just saying that if it didn't have to have a commissioner approval to process it, the deal would have taken into effect for today. I don't see why we need a commissioner approval involving players through Yahoo, since there is really no weak link in this league.
  15. I think the trading process on Yahoo involving players should just be once a deal is confirmed, the deal gets processed automatically instead of waiting for a commissioner to process it. I would have liked to have used the doubleheader for Nelson Cruz today and the start by Tillman, which now I won't be able to.
  16. I'd like this deal to take effect for tomorrow. Is any commish on to process the deal?
  17. If one of the Darrell's could process the trade, it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
  18. Am I in this league? I never got the invite on Yahoo.
  19. You never helped driving up the price for Tulo when he was on the block
  20. Things do change quickly in baseball, though that doesn't still change the fact that he'll be 35 next season, and that the last couple of years in Texas he hasn't been anything special or "elite" as you describe.
