Chavez was one of the best third basemen during those years. Sucks that his career was plagued by injuries later on. He did end up having some solid years as a bench guy in New York and with Arizona.

Well it wouldn't shock me to see them go after Price even harder especially if the Pirates land Lester. I don't think they need to add to their rumoured proposal at this point since having a package led by OT is already tough to turn down.

Don't look into his 2014 stats. He's been pretty bad, though he's still just 24 and has a fantastic arm. I'd prefer Miller over those two still any day.
