They should still be a Top 3-4 team in the East barring injuries to any of their significant players. A lot of teams in the East did improve this offseason, though Grange on T&S made a good point how in basketball sometimes it takes time for teams to adjust when there is a lot of turnover, whereas the Raps are coming back with the same core (with minor changes to the roster).
Raps only had Carroll for 26 games last regular season, so having him healthy over a full season hopefully would be a huge plus. Also, will be interesting to see what Norman Powell does over a full season. Lowry is in a contract year, so I expect big numbers from him again.
