  1. When did the DDL thread of all of a sudden become the Politics thread? haha
  2. I think I should have a 3rd round waiver pick unless I traded it...
  3. Phil!
  4. Mark Reynolds is a FA as well, thought he was still with them.
  5. Mauer still plays 1B, LoMo will DH. They will have to trade one of Grossman or Vargas, because both are out of options me thinks.
  6. Would like to add a solid 1B with some pop. Don't mind Joe Mauer, though would like to make an upgrade before the roster cutdown if possible.
  7. Cutting Joshua Lowe from my MiLB roster, so likely will keep 11 prospects and 21 MLB players as of this moment.
  8. I might still have room for another keeper or two, depending on who they would replace, so if anyone is looking to cut a borderline keeper, give me a shout. My keepers as of this moment: 1) Buster Posey 2) Freddie Freeman 3) Starlin Castro 4) Zach Cozart 5) Nolan Arenado 6) Starling Marte 7) Eddie Rosario 8) Dexter Fowler 9) Nelson Cruz 10) Shin-soo Choo 11) Marwin Gonzalez 12) Stephen Strasburg 13) Zack Greinke 14) Robbie Ray 15) Roberto Osuna 16) Steven Matz 17) Dan Straily 18) Jhoulys Chacin 19) Daniel Mengden 20) Jake Junis Cuts: Zobrist, Strahm, Lorenzen, Brebbia, Leone, Diekman, Nicasio
  9. I think its a fair deal with the same amount of risk/reward going both ways. Trying to acquire a young SP with decent upside in this league is tough. I didn't want to trade Freeman, Arenado or Marte to add another SP. I hate losing Grichuk now since he's been traded to the Jays. I plucked him off waivers again at the end of last season after dropping him in August. Everybody on this board hated him and now since he's on the Jays, funny how things change. But yeah in my case, I had a lot of OF depth. Nobody valued Fowler or Choo that much and I doubt many teams were going to give up anything decent for Rosario right now. I need some arms after my Big 3 and I'm willing to roll the dice on someone like Matz who has some nice upside and could maybe turn into a strong No. 2 starter if he stays healthy. Grichuk has a good chance at hitting 30-35 bombs and the Khris Davis comparison is a good one. His low .OBP doesn't play well in this league's format and where he was on my depth charts, I was able to move him. If I didn't have that deep of an outfield, I probably would have been more inclined to keep him.
  10. I could use some chocolate thunder. Hit me up with an offer.
  11. I might be interested.
  12. When is the deadline?
  13. He wasn't yesterday lol
  14. I could move one of Fowler or Choo. Not elite, but strong OF options in this league format.
  15. Have some roster room available so I don't mind taking on a piece or two. Right now, looking at keeping Matt Strahm as one of my keepers lol.
  16. Looking to acquire a 1B.
  17. I'll trade Adam Wainwright!
  18. Looking to make a big splash for a top forward or D man. Looking to trade more future (specs, draft picks) or struggling players with upside (e.g. Strome, Galenchuk, etc) for help now. As well, can move one of my goalies - Scott Darling.
  19. Not sure but could move anything really as long as the trade helps me contend for this season.
  20. I would like to add an impact forward or D-man. Hit me up with offers.
