  1. I love Canadian players! Jays should trade for more
  2. Bautista likely steps into the closers role now. O's still have a solid BP even after trading Lopez.
  3. Me being a dick? Geez, you need to chill out man. I'm not the only one spewing jokes on here, but sure blame me. Seriously lighten up man! You don't need to point out that Tapia was hot for the last month. It doesn't mean anything in the long term. If you think he'll keep up that level of play, you're dreaming. The guy even got a inside the park home run gifted to him. Talk about luck. Glad he's climbed back up to a 0 WAR though and no longer is a negative player!
  4. Some guys just can't play in New York. Look at Gallo, Sonny Gray, AJ Burnett, Javier Vazquez, etc.
  5. I want some Pasquantino and Pratto!
  6. Sure, then bat Tapia leadoff in Game 1 of the Wildcard!
  7. The Blue Jays need to add a player with an Italian last name to get some Italians off College Street and into the seats. Plus Team Italy not participating in the World Cup this winter, so Italians need baseball and the Postseason more than anything right now!
  8. Atkins just sent those offers on Fantrax.
  9. Does Billy Hamilton still play baseball? If he does, he would bring some game changing speed and was a top prospect back in 2009!
  10. Update: Ross Atkins sent out all his trade offers on Fantrax.
  11. It doesn't hurt getting another OF. If Springer or Teo or Guirrel miss time because on an injury, at least Jays won't be running out Tapia and Zimmer on an everyday basis. These next two months, the Jays can't afford having anyone significant miss any time, let alone replace them with below average and negative WAR players.
  12. Update on Ross Atkins. He just woke up!
  13. Moreno for Alcantara or Luzardo!
  14. Hopefully the Rogers network doesn't have an outage again haha.
  15. Hazel Mae will be so excited to do a one-on-one interview him talking about the big trade in 2013.
  16. Those photos were taken in Toronto. At North Lounge at Toronto Pearson.
  17. A lot of BP arms available agreed, I think the Jays will at least bring in 2 guys!
  18. Let's hope they can visit Canada!
  19. Moore for sure. Give the Jays a left-handed arm in the bullpen who can pitch multiple innings. Also, I would roll the dice on Leclerc as well.
  20. He's only 30-years-old and I give him a mulligan the past two seasons because of the Covid shortened season and him going through colon cancer treatment. He'll rake in Houston.
  21. Buy tickets the day of before the game. Will be cheaper. Beautiful ballpark. Anywhere you sit should be fine. Upper levels are decent as well.
  22. Scott Barlow from KC would be a nice get for the BP. Also like Matt Moore from Texas as well. Jon Gray would be interesting though doubt the Rangers trade him after just signing him.
  23. Mahle would be nice, but he can't come to Canada unfortunately. I'm sure also this has impacted other players/pitchers the Jays would target as well. Jays should try to beef up the bullpen and go after a No. 4 or 5 starter for depth purposes. They'll be fine with a rotation of Gausman, Manoah and Berrios in a short series. Need to get some high K relievers.
  24. He'll hit well in Houston. Mancini hit 35 HR's in 2019 and his bat is starting to heat up. The Covid shortened 2020 season along with battling colon cancer, Mancini has gone through a lot the past two-three years.
  25. He's still a solid bat who can play a corner OF/1B or DH with some pop. He hit 35 HR's with a .899 OPS in 2019. He'll fit well in Houston.
