Moreno makes the most sense to move. Jansen and Kirk are already a solid combo behind the plate, both are still young, under club control and both still have some potential. If the Jays are aiming for a World Series in the next year or two, you want Jansen/Kirk behind the plate, not Moreno.
As well, we have seen with some young catchers that they take time to start producing at the MLB level. Not every catching prospect is a Buster Posey, Wilson Contreras, Wil Smith, etc., that comes hitting right out of the gate + handle a pitching staff well. Also, Moreno holds the most value in trade to a team rebuilding, more than Jansen or Kirk. For the Blue Jays, Jansen and Kirk hold more value because they're trying to win a Championship.
