  1. Wait a second, didn't some posters on here say Seattle sucked and were extremely lucky last season? Haha.
  2. I bet the Phillies to win on Moneyline and still got paid since they were up by 5 haha.
  3. Angels I feel have the most pressure on them this season. If they don't make a Wildcard, such a disappointment.
  4. I just bet $5 lol.
  5. Let me check the odds on the Giants. It's only 1-0, so I would put money on them. Giants at +290. Just need Cole out of the game after 6 or 7 so innings and a close score still. Yankees BP sucks.
  6. Damn that sucks. Could be out all of April.
  7. Should have bet Cole today for the over (7.5K's), damn.
  8. 3.09 FIP in LOD, so all good haha.
  9. For a final roster cutdown, who would you cut: James Paxton or Stephen Strasburg?

Bet $100 on the Leafs tonight moneyline. Made up for Sunday against Chicago haha
  11. A lot of gambling suicides that happen at the casinos like in Niagara never make the news.
  12. The market for third basemen next offseason isn't that strong. Machado is easily No. 1, and Chapman is easily the No. 2 option. The rest are washed up vets like Josh Donaldson, Justin Turner, Evan Longoria etc. So Chapman even with the QO attached will get a 4-5 year contract from someone. If he somehow accepts the QO, not a bad thing for the Jays but doubt it.
  13. Accepted one of your trades in hockey. Sitting on the other one.
  14. I like Abreu a lot haha. I thought about it, though don't need an SP at this time.
  15. As much as I love Chapman, would rather let him walk than sign him to a huge 5-year deal. Save that money for a Vlad or Bo extension IMO. Hope Barger can be a decent 3B. Also, might be able to add a 3B via trade, never count that out.
  16. Having an opener might not be a bad idea. Jays have a ton of RP depth - use a 7th inning arm as an opener and have White/Kikuchi get 9-12 outs each.

I did. My concern is the back to back and if Woll starts again. Leafs are -290 on Bet 365 which is good in comparison to last game against Chicago and yesterday against the Habs. If Samsonov can start I'll feel better.
  18. It would be nice if the Jays skipped the No. 5 spot when they could during the season, though not sure they'll do that or if there are any spots in the schedule where they could. Minimize the chances you use Kikuchi or White and then for that week gives you an extra BP arm with some length.

Bet the Leafs tonight on Moneyline?
  21. I have the Bet365 app on my phone and I'll bet occasionally on a game I'm watching. For entertainment purposes. I try to stay away from all these same game parlays or three-four team parlays because that's where you lose your money. They encourage people to bet on parlays always in the app with like super boost bets etc. Everything today can be seen as addictive. Whether its alcohol, smoking, junk food, video games, binge watching a Netflix series, gambling etc. Everything in moderation but that's easier said than done in some cases. There are definitely external factors that lead people to be more addictive to things. Like for example, the lockdowns lead to an increase in drinking, people eating junk food or people binge watching series on Netflix. Other things as well. You're always going to have some people who can't control an addiction. There is nothing wrong with a Bet 365 ad or Wayne Gretzky doing a Bet MGM ad on television. I guess the in-game programming can be a different debate. Maybe I just find it more annoying when watching Sportscentre where Jay Onrait tells me odds on a game or odds on player props etc for the entire program when showing sports highlights.
  22. Germany for beer and pretzels would be a good fit for baseball in the summer haha. Could see them enjoying the chilled experience at the ballpark. Not sure about other countries like Italy, France or Spain.
  23. Should I bet Tiger Woods to win?
  24. Yeah in India and Pakistan especially. Good point.
