  1. Projection: projection refers to unconsciously taking unwanted emotions or traits you don’t like about yourself and attributing them to someone else.
  2. For sure. Zalueta and Tiedeman both look extremely impressive so far, Robberse pretty decent also and Frasso just put the org on notice that he wants a bigger challenge
  3. Gausman has double that. But if you mean strictly offensive players…I think we all did. Vlad who?

Oilers through, 1 more for the Flames and we get an old fashioned battle of Alberta in round 2
  5. I advise caution. They’ll only break your heart. TINSTAAPP
  6. Gibby would split Tapia like a wishbone at Thanksgiving
  7. Trevor Bauer’s appeal starts May 23
  8. In Mauritius, 9pm here right now
  9. Time for Kirks patented opposite field single please… Nope.
  10. Just got home from the beach, nice to check out the Jays even though it’s just game day
  11. Good thing Dr James Andrews doesn’t share your belief in that regard.
  12. Just checking in from the Amsterdam airport waiting for the connection to Paris. Glad to see the Jays won another 1-run heart attack
  13. Long arm action means there’s a higher risk of not repeating the arm slot and release point as consistently as shorter arm actions
  14. As of May 3rd 2022, sure he has an OPS over .900. At season's end... doubtful
  15. Got any radio clips? We do our best scouting without video
  16. Yeah, you just go to the main page, click on the Visuals menu then scroll down to Swing Take Visuals
  17. Just some info on his 2022 vs 2021 swing decisions. Looks like the only super meaningful change is the swinging rate in the chase zone is about double last year, which has already resulted in more hypothetical runs lost in a month than all of his PAs last year. Better swing rate in the heart, 50/50 split in the zone youd expect it to be, and the waste zone is about the same
  18. Do you even read people's posts? I said that talking to his players is his job, so how would you think I'm implying that he hasn't done so? or won't? What is clear is that any conversation he has hypothetically had, hasn't yet resulted in any positive changes.
  19. Should probably consider the source of the person who made that claim. And also what he actually said, not the twisted version that you inferred
  20. Then why did you use it to defend something that nobody is attacking? Strawman arguments are fun
  21. spo youve gone full troll? Good to know. WAR doesnt need to quantify what it means to have a stuggling hitter where a .900 OPS hitter should be. That's not what it's for. If you want to attack something, you should probably have a basic idea of what that thing is. Otherwise you just look foolish.
  22. I'm sure Bo does know he needs to be better. That doesnt mean the Manager of the team can't talk to him and ask him what he can do to help get him get back on the right path. That's kind of his job? Moron
  23. Yeah, the manager has not a lot to do with poor hitting by the players, but he does have the power to move a windmill like Bo out of the 2 spot at least temporarily to try and get a message through that he needs to be better. Or take him aside and try to get in his head a bit and figure out wtf the problem is. Can’t keep running a guy with Bo’s numbers in the 2 spot hitting ahead of Vlad. At this point I’d rather see Espinal hitting second and Bo hitting 6th for a day or two
