    Great post. Sabermetrics are a fantastic part of the game today I agree. I find myself immersed in them in some capacity almost every night. But to pretend these guys are robots is insane- there is certainly a human element to this game and to suggest there isn't is complete ignorance.

    Keuchel is probably the best pitcher on the AL side of the bracket and could quite conceivably neutralize the HR threat for two games on his own. The Astros are a better offensive and pitching team. I would much rather hit against the Royals rotation then go up against the Astros.

    Here's hoping that last night was the prequel to this offense busting out. Dickey will be fine. The Jays are going to need the bats to blow this thing open. Put some pressure on the Rangers early. Let them feel that 2-0 lead start slip away and start envisioning game 5 in Toronto. I never thought I'd imagine being down 2-0 and not being worried but I haven't been. This is the best team in the AL and if they can get the series back to Toronto riding some hot bats game 5 will lean heavily in their favor.
