  2. It's been confirmed that organ failure is what caused his organs to fail. No but seriously, no information yet. Rumour is drugs but you know what to do with rumours.
  3. Lo Viste
  4. a s*** post
  5. lol
  6. What did ang do?
  7. Details so far are that Reyes grabbed his wife by the throat and shoved her into a sliding glass door. Hotel security had to call the police. It's on deadspin. f*** Jose Reyes
  8. He doesn't take Adderall anymore
  9. Yeah, absofruitly. f*** Jose Reyes Also a good example of the pervasiveness and scariness of the domestic violence problem. Could be anybody.
  10. Seriously though, that's terrible and I am floored. JOSE REYES????? really??? Did he have that big s*** eating grin on his face while he smacked her around?
  11. holy f*** that's the worst thing I've ever seen on twitter today maybe perhaps
  12. Chris Davis didn't apply for a therapeutic use exemption in 2014 OR in 2013. So you can't say his 2013 monster numbers were from popping A
  13. Says a lot about AA and analytics. Sartori didn't want to run that show in Toronto, obviously. I guess being "Senior Director of Baseball Operations and Analytics" is a lot better than being "Senior Director of Sheehan, Pare, and maybe 1 or 2 interns depending on the month"
  14. he's like 80 years old now
  15. Ryan already commented and it sounds like Sano to the OF. lmao Teams should be calling about Oswaldo Arcia. And to a lesser extent, Kanny Vargas.
  16. There have also been failures, you just don't think of them. This guy had 161 K's in 140 games in Japan.
  17. more like Poohead
  18. They treat weed like steroids or cocaine in the minor leagues, but nobody on the MLB 40 man roster can be suspended for pot. The hypocrisy is amazing.

Calling him passive is better than calling him lazy. Pretty blatant racism by ECJF. Black man does not succeed - must be lazy!
  20. No, Castro failed a physical and lost a tentative deal with the Phillies while Cruz was moving to the Blue Jays. That's why Toronto was able to get him so cheap (Castro wanted 180k, Toronto did their own physical and still wanted him but only offered 43k). Basically Cruz wanted Castro while he worked for the Mets, but sat on it because he knew he was switching jobs. I think.
  21. What are your "filters?" The f***ing A's traded Donaldson with four years of control left, coming off of like a 7 win season. Teams trade young, good, controllable players quite often. They don't particularly like to because they recognize the value of them - which is also precisely why Pillar would have good trade value. You're falling into a bit of a WAR trap though, to be honest. War is a descriptive, not a predictive, statistic. Kevin Pillar isn't a 4.3 win player. 23. Could be a pretty big loss. You never really know though. I expect we'll see a bunch of names slowly leave, guys that AA brought in. Castro, the flame-thrower who pushes the gun at 100 m.p.h., was locked in by Ismael Cruz. GM Alex Anthopoulos got an eye-opening look at the spindly six-foot-five right-hander last year when he played at Class-A Vancouver, and initially thought the radar gun was stuck because it kept flashing 98 miles per hour on his fastball. At the time Anthopoulos joked to Cruz: “You just paid your salary for the next 10 years because that’s a great sign.” Last week, Anthopoulos amended it that to “the next 20 years”. For some reason, Castro doesn’t want to divulge details of how he caught Cruz’s eye, playing in a Dominican baseball program. “He used to be with the Mets. When he went to Toronto, that’s when he signed me up.” Read between the lines: Cruz hid Castro, his tiffany prospect, until he could deliver the kid to Toronto. ... When Jays scout Ismael Cruz discovered him in the Dominican Republic, Castro was had for only $43,000 (U.S.).
