I assumed lefties were chewing him up down there, but he looked fine against them today. He didn't strike out an exorbitant amount in the SEC, but he also wasn't a high contact player (a bit under a strikeout per game while leading the SEC in homers). Who knows. A full season this year will show us all we need to know, likely.
The obvious comparison is Michael Saunders. Maybe with slightly more boring tools than the youthful version of Saunders.
