Those are all results measurements Is there anything at the process level that is off? I think I looked two weeks ago and couldn't find anything obvious. Velo and movement all seem normal. I guess his command could just be off but that still makes you ask why. -

Very easy to have top down SP yanking rules Harder to have strict bullpen usage rules, a lot of that is discretion based and in game decisions But yeah stuff as basic as don't have that guy three days in a row unless it's the playoffs should be common sense

Romano is NOT an Ironman. His stuff falls off when he's hurt sick or tired.

He did. Zero cutters last few starts. Wow. April 29 = first game without throwing the cutter. He was bad that game but good in the subsequent games. Since dropping his cutter: 3.33 ERA 3.39 FIP 11.47 K/9 4.81 BB/9 0.74 HR/9 That includes the April 29th stinker. And has one HOU game and two NYY games...
