    I desperately want Lowrie. I think he'd be a great fit for this team. But I don't know how much AA has to spend. If we only have another 10 million to play with, we should be improving the bullpen and rotation because our offense is pretty good already. If its more like 20/25 million that we have, then AA should be all over Lowrie.

    Dude you have no idea what Lowrie will sign for. Could be something stupid like 3/30. Most free agents so far have signed for alot more than people on this forum thought they would sign for. McCarthy for example. It would be stupid to sign Lowrie to 3/30 when we have Travis waiting in the wings, and bigger/more important needs in the bullpen and rotation.

    Good for Eric Thames. I always liked him as a person, even if he wasn't very good. Im glad he is finding success somewhere and he is getting paid for his success.

    SF had one of the worst bullpens in baseball IIRC. It's just that the had Bumgarner so they didn't need to use their bullpen too much during the playoffs.
