    A couple of things. It's great to see Pentecost hitting in Dunedin, he's 2 for 3 so far today. And another guy I see seemingly doing very well the last little while is Dickie Joe Thon Jr. He was once an intriguing prospect that was sick for a while and seemed to fail while he wasn't, but he's seems to be having a good year this year. Maybe a late bloomer, possible utility guy.

    You could literally call up a guy like Rowdy Tellez and he would be more productive then Smoak.

    Listen around the 10 minute mark. They are talking about A-Rod. At around 10:45 John Shannon wonders if the Yankees are treating A-Rod nice so that a team will take him in the off season and Yankees can rid themselves of the rest of his contract. He says something like this almost anytime he talks about baseball.     Did I say you would do it again? I didn't say I would do it to begin with. I was curious as to how good it would set the team up for several years. Whether you would gain more in the long run.

    Another thought exercise. Considering the prospect haul the Jays got for Drew Hutchison what if you decided to liquidate the whole team? Or at least most of it. Get rid of Sanchez, Stroman, Bautista, EE, Donaldson, Tulo, Martin, Dickey, Estrada, Happ, Osuna, Saunders, Cecil, Pillar, Travis and whoever else you may get someone for. You take on money where you need to (Tulo, Martin). Obviously the team would be awul for a few years. But considering what you can get back, would the team be better for say a span of 10 years if they would have otherwise?

    I thought he meant why would anyone listen to a game in AM over FM. There is no more AM radio where I live anymore, much poorer quality then FM... Not even sure why there is am anymore. Anyways, baseball is the one sport where it's almost better on the radio.

    Just a question for you value guys. Forgetting this season, say November and you had to pick a starter to go forward with, would you take Noah Syndergaard or Aaron Sanchez? Syndergaard seems to be getting the higher accolades, but arm trouble always seems to be just around the corner. Sanchez was pretty universally disliked until last year, but has had a really good season. I don't have an educated opinion, just wondering what consensus would be.

    I'd open just rather promote Pompey. Way better D, far more speed. Bat did not play last year, but It wouldn't surprise me if he got hot.

    I don't think so at all. Alford has huge upside IMO and I think he will have a break out year next year.

    Bichette looks good right now. He went 66 overall in the draft. If a redraft was held today, where does he go? (I'm basically asking was he a steal at 66).
