Brian Snitker consistently refuses to go Matzek/Martin/Smith 7/8/9 and has lost multiple games because of it.

Its good that the Reds went the cautious route and IL'd Moustakas. You really can't be too cautious with a bruise. I always like to give myself 3-4 weeks for them to heal before engaging in strenuous activity.

Is there a player in baseball who misses more time than Mike Moustakas does every year for seemingly minor issues? Dude missed like 10 days a couple weeks ago for non-covid illness, and has been out half a week so far now with a bruised heel. Feels like this happens every year with him. Does Mike Moustakas even like baseball?

You've actually been pretty fortunate in DDL. Eloy Jimenez is your only really impactful injury. Clevinger too, but you traded him after he blew up.
