DeGrom got his 100th career win last night

We're going to see pitchers in the HOF with under 150 wins from now on.  It's just how it is.

Reduced SP innings.

More strikeouts so more pitches.

Better bulllens.

Realization of the low meaning of a Win for the SP

We'll probably never see a Maddux or Clemens level win total ever again let alone a Cy Young level.

Good - wins were always useless.  Ban them.

Good. DeGrom is a HoFer for me - 2 CY awards, a ROY, and career ERA of like 2.6. At his peak he's the most dominant pitcher I've ever seen.

He'll get to 2,000 Ks this year. 50 fWAR early next year. And still an outside shot at 2000 innings (395 IP away). I think it will be enough to get him inducted.

I have never seen this before, how f***ing dumb of a coach do u have to be and the ball is in front of the runner he doesn't need you

Feel like the runner should be called out there, or a dead ball or something. Coaches can’t just be running onto the field during a live play

I guess because he didn't interfere with the play, the 3rd base ump makes the safe sign (no obstruction).  crazy though

Is he going to fall victim to Albert Belle syndrome in that hes obviously a HOF talent but got wrecked by injuries robbing him of the longevity factor?

Bad collision, double bags at 1st or something similar could have prevented this.  Muncy was involved in a bad collision at 3rd last season....

Orioles just lit up Bello for 6 runs in the first inning

NICE

And the Red Sox optioned him to the minors

His first inning ERA is over 16

That looks like it's on Vargas to me.  Learn to play the position.

Muncy beat it out so he should of peeled off- plus the pitcher forgot to cover 1st

Collision happened half a step past the bag. No time to peel off.  Vargas should have slid into a corner of the bag.

Odd angle and some bad luck. Doesn't happen very often.

I didn't know "butters" was still in the league?  he's been pretty good pitching middle relief in the cubs pen. (that's Trent Thornton)
