Honestly I really like that they clinched the wild card right before an off day. Now there's no risk of an off-game the day after post-clinch celebrations.

Magic number is now at 4, so we just have to take care of business at home (win both series) and we don't even have to scoreboard watch the Yankees.

That was my thought as well. Perfect timing with the off day tomorrow. Get drunk tonight and be ready for Tuesday.

Missed the game but amazing accomplishment to clinch a playoff spot and win 90 games given the pre season outlook for this team. Just get Bo and Tony healthy and then hope for the best.

I don't think he struggled with command, ump just squeezed the f*** out of him. Than that horrible call with Varsho's catch was icing on the cake, he was screwed. Well, aside from the one that slipped out of his fingers, his command was fine.

.824 OPS in 30 games, with an wRC+ 116... he's ready. Most of that just recently.

Would have been a much better outing if he didn’t get squeezed. The inning he gave up damage the infield defense wasn’t great.

Although they have to cut to 26 again for the post season so if Santander sticks France will also likely be gone for the ALDS.

Pitchers will be cut over France IMO. don't need 5 starters and don't need as many arms. Might be good to have the extra PH option

Option Loperfido, would be my guess, he has an option, France does not, his DFA comes EOS, if Bo's back for the LDS, likely IKF.

The MLB replay room just keeps on finding new ways to screw over the Blue Jays. It doesn’t seem to matter how obvious a missed call on the field is given the murder trial burden of proof that is employed.
