The only thing I can think of is service time. I think it was just that they wanted more of a look at Lovelady, and he had no options and Fluharty did Orgfiller 1

BTS Community Moderator Posted March 30, 2025 Posted March 30, 2025 If Toronto doesn't tag this shitballer for at least 9 runs its time to panic
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2025 Posted March 30, 2025 Springer is going to hit this year. I know I'm the only one who think so, but .800 OPS+ season is on its way. Jays24 1

Last few years it was mid 30s I'd say. First Saturday home game in 2023 was 41000 attendance, but it was also their 15th game of the season and they'd won 8 of their 10 games. Was against Tampa First Saturday home game 2024 was 31,500, again, 15th game of the season, against Colorado. 4 and 6 over their previous 10. Edit: Follow up, last time the Jays had a non-covid 1st Saturday home game in March was 2019. Attendance was just over 25K. against Detroit Stangstag and Delete_My_Account_Thanks 1 1

Be surprised if there is over 20K people in the building. Weather being atrocious doesn't help either. Means it's the best time to go and take advantage of cheaper prices on StubHub! John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2025 Posted March 30, 2025 Bassitt playing with fire every inning it seems. Sooner or later it's gonna catch up
Eat My Shatkins Verified Member Posted March 30, 2025 Posted March 30, 2025 f*** sakes it'd be nice to have an inning where the Orioles don't have multiple base runners. It'd also be nice if the Jays line drives they hit wouldn't be right at defenders Stangstag 1

So far this game, the Jays have 5 balls in play with xba ranging from .470 to .740. only one of them went for a hit so far. Orioles are 5 hits for 6 in the same xba range. lol Eat My Shatkins, Pinkfloid, Stangstag and 1 other 1 3
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2025 Posted March 30, 2025 Ummm... anyone else think those seats down the RF under the bleachers look like the single worst place to watch a game from ?
Eat My Shatkins Verified Member Posted March 30, 2025 Posted March 30, 2025 Another inning, another base runner for the Os
