Omar Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 IMO Springer needs to move down in the order Yeah, how about back one spot.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Kikuchi is SHOVING. Hope he can go the distance in this one, he deserves it.
goldbug103 Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Fatty G is like the weakest hitter on the team and he plays 1st base. Like triple yuck.
bronson44 Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Maybe 5th? Bichette Vlad Turner Varsho Springer Catcher The rest
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 The sound of the bat on that dinger was amazing.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 The sound of the bat on that dinger was amazing. Sounded sweet.
BaseballIsLife Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Varsho one of the few who will barrel. And fans hate him lol
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Huge hit. Stay hot Varshow. Love these guys pulling jacks.
bronson44 Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Where all the Varsho haters at this year?
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 23, 2024 Author Posted April 23, 2024 Varsho has a 150 wRC+ and is leading the majors in DRS
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Davis Schneider with a rare barrel to CF. 103.8 mph, 389 feet, just missed it.
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Buck sure is hell bent on pushing the narrative that velocity is bad and a feel for pitching is more important. I mean - I wish that was true, but it's not. It’s exactly true.
BatFlip Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Varsho has a 150 wRC+ and is leading the majors in DRS After all the s*** this guy drew from so many posters here.... it would be f***in sweet if he has a bounceback year.
Sorrow Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 I think the team should be shaking up the line up. DH. Turner 2B. Biggio SS. Bichette CF. Varsho LF. Schneider C. Jansen 1B. Guerrero RF. Springer 3B. IKF For a few games and see what happens with some patience at the top and some power in the middle of the line up.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 Turner man, thats a horrible error. You had all the time in the world and yet you try to zip it to Kikuchi...
jaysthebest Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 We don't have a reliable reliever other than Garcia.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 It’s exactly true. Is that you Buck? It simply isn't true. Velocity has give MLB so many more quality arms. Go look at the results v. high velo. If a feel for pitching was producing top results, we'd see all kinds of pitchers throwing 89 with 2 seam movement, hitting corners.
jaysthebest Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 I don't remember when was the last time Springer had a base hit.
jaysthebest Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 I don't like the idea of taking Kikuchi out with 81 pitches.
bronson44 Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 91 down the dick and he whiffs. Hit the same pitch yesterday for a double play. Those pitches should be crushed.
HomeRunHomer Verified Member Posted April 23, 2024 Posted April 23, 2024 A very good outing from Kikuchi.
