Guys, our 3B has a 122 wRC+ while playing gold glove defense. And he can also defend 2B, SS and all three OF positions. And he's the team's 3rd catcher. And his career pitching ERA is under 2.

What an amazing signing by Ross Atkins.

Is there a reason why Bassitt was left in for 115 pitches with a 5-0 lead?

115 pitches on the 3rd start of the season does seem a little excessive. The Jays have been pretty good at limiting pitch counts for starters so this was very uncharacteristic. Would be interested to hear the reason, unless the pen has a bunch of guys that aren't available or something.

Stanek throwing smoke....wow.

101 on one of those. I don't remember him throwing that hard.

Fastball for a hundo and then a splitter at 90 doesn't seem fair.

Stanek always threw gas. He’s always been plagued by command. He’s moved around a ton but I remember when the Rays used him as an opener and he murdered righties

Call me an insensitive *******, but I’d really appreciate it if that trainer with the unicorn horn would wear a ball cap.

Maybe a bucket hat? I suspect the horn impedes his ability to wear a traditional baseball cap.

That's mean.

A baseball cap turned backwards would be fine.

Richards has pitched in 8 of the 12 games. That’s way to much. He had almost nothing tonight.

His 1 weaknesses is that he seems to give up a lot of homers to righties
