This park is what people think rogers centre is lol

Jays playing in Cincinatti would be the #1 offense in baseball. No more warning track shots

Are the Reds testing to punish Greene? Why the f*** was he in the game so long lol.

It's all part of stretching him out after injury. They waved the white flag two homeruns ago.

The curse of the TD patch isn't effective in Cinci.

Schneider: Not on my watch.

He will use 5 or 6 relievers today and use the off day tomorrow to justify it. Even though relievers getting multiple days off is beneficial. Especially when a lot of them will see tons of work in Baltimore.

See. They are calling the bullpen now. Schneider getting itchy.

Should Clement not replace Espinal's role at this point? Clement is a 27 year old utility man who is destroying AAA this season. 3/4 with a HR today and is now hitting .361/.995. What else does he have to do?

Chapman's batting is painful to watch.

Chappy needs to figure it out

Maybe a day or two off and give Schneider a few starts. Being Chapman is in a contract year, Ross wouldn't dare take potential bread off his table.

And? Day off tomorrow

Why does that matter? Relievers would benefit from more rest. They pitch today and what if they need to pitch in the first 2 games in Baltimore. All of a sudden you have pitched 3 out of the past 4 days. It all adds up.

When your pitcher is efficient and fresh you let him go. No excuses.

Ryu was only at 83 pitches. Why not one more?

something has to be said for letting a pitcher go / finish what he started - as deep into the game as possible. but know Schneider with paper and pen in hand I'm sure couldn't wait to pull him

f***ing Schneider...83 pitches and he was still cruising...

All these managers are the same now, even so called old school guys take pitchers out, probably a directive from the analytics departments

Yeah I think those pitch count/load management ideas come from further up the ladder.

If he was 83 pitches in the 3rd inning and struggling, he would have been kept in. That’s just how Schneider is. Get to 5-6 innings and then he can have his little wet dream of using his entire bullpen the rest of the way.

The most impressive thing about Clement is his 4.4 K% which is one of the best rates in the minors. If he is reliable at SS I would 100% bring him up.

It’s hard to imagine Clement is a worse SS. Espinal is well below average in every category.
