He hasn’t even been that bad lol. I blame Sportsnet for trying to make him look like he was the new Mariano Rivera with that goofy ass closer intro lol.

 

Hes 23-26 in saves. He’s actually pretty good he’s just by no means elite or shut down. But he’s going to do the job the majority of the time. None of his numbers stand out though.

 

I mean his statcast page is redder than the devils dick, he’s probably getting a tad unlucky.

Unlucky or just punished for his mistakes. His slider is nuts the majority of the time but every once in awhile he will hang a cement mixer and other teams don't miss it.

I feel a good Right Fielder also catches the line drive hit by Vlad.

 

But Ruiz has had a few balls over his head that I feel an above average CF catches. Especially that Espinal double.
