In the case of Franco, he has not admitted anything. I doubt his career would be finished over photographs showing him kissing a girl.

Nah, I don't think photos showing him kissing a girl means the end of his MLB career. There may or may not be additional evidence. That's why I keep saying to you guys, let the process play out before passing a verdict.

This is misleading. While most states have a legal age of consent of 16, most of the also have the Romeo and Juliet laws that company this age that would only allow sexual activity if the two are close in age, usually within 2-4 years of the persons age.

 

Utah, unsurprisingly, has the largest gap with a minimum consent age of 16 and would allow a 10 year gap before it would be considered in appropriate and be able to have charges filed.
