2 game sample size, I know

But hypothetically if Bellinger sucks again this year, I wonder what he gets next year. Like how long will teams chase the lightning in a bottle

Minor league deal

probably young enough for ~3 more MLB deals, for much less money.

milb deals would only be imminent if the defense/baserunning erode

Watching SEA-CLE and the gun slingers coming out of the pens giving me envy. Brash. Munoz touching 100 with movement.

Merryweather should have been our Munoz. He looked brilliant in those first few games of 2021

Just saw a Vanessa Hudgens article showing off her bod. I wonder how much longer Cole Tucker has. Bonus money is probably gone by now. Doesn’t look like he’ll stick

I wonder if that will get awkward at some point soon

Like sorry hun, won’t see you for couple months, going on the road for $400/week

I wonder if she knows baseball. Like “I’m chasing my dream, babe”…. “Cole, you had a .400 OPS. It’s time to think about what’s next”

Not everyone is *Shallow Hal* like you, man. You're the champ. How's the sale for wifey #3 going?

Bro, she clearly likes to live the life. It’s not going to work

And imagine if thats your fiancé and you won’t see her because she’s making $400/week, living that party life and you had statistical data showing she’s not going to make it as a model. Itd be worth a convo

Back to drawing board for me. I may want to do that show at some point lol

Oakland releases Pache… and now he’s starting for the Phillies lol.

Yeah, good thing about baseball is no plays to learn.

I plan of dropping him in like a week. Probably Cole Tucker at this point

Slow Sunday. Not much chatter. Some radio talk show in Pit covered recently I bet

I should be a podcaster

What's the name of the new place you are going to work at?

Small sample size my ass. Dude has been garbage for years.

As for second chances, if it were up to the Bellinger fanboys of this board the Jays would be signing him to a multi-year deal after this season LOL

Kodai Senga struck out eight batters in his major league debut, leading the New York Mets to a 5-1 win over the host Miami Marlins on Sunday afternoon.

Senga allowed three hits, three walks and one run in 5 1/3 innings. All eight of his strikeouts came on his best pitch, which has been called a "ghost forkball" because it disappears out of the zone.

Senga averaged 96.8 mph with 32 fastballs — the fastest 99 mph — and threw 26 forkballs, 18 sweepers and 12 cutters.

Are sweepers sliders now?

Rendon suspended 5 games and given undisclosed fine for being a moron.

Seems about right. There will be an appeal but it’s definitely more than a game or two I’d think.
